The Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) is a template designed to help lower inflammation in the body and better manage autoimmune symptoms and chronic diseases. This protocol combines an initial elimination diet, that avoids potentially inflammatory foods for a period of 30 to 60 days, together with lifestyle changes to improve sleep and stress levels.
