The 10 Steps to Boost your Creativity in The Kitchen

The biggest teaching I always take with me from Italy is that food has to be treated like an art. And the kitchen, just like an atelier, is the place where passionate foodies like us can express all our creativity!

When we are all absorbed in the creative effort of cooking something delicious, the kitchen turns into a wonderful, magical place, where no negativity is allowed and only good things happen.

I know, I know… After a day filled with work, problems, errands… it’s hard to transition and start being Picasso.

But I am going to share with you my secrets to always keep cooking exciting and incite that creativity that YOU and I love so much about cooking.

Boost Your Creativity in the Kitchen

Here’s a fun game I invented with my husband and that we basically play everyday. ‘What’s on your Magical Menu?” we ask each other. And from here our minds start wondering:

– ‘Oh, that amazing black rice pudding in Bali’…
– ‘And what about that insane walnut sorbet in Rome?’…
– ‘Wait, did you forget that incredible fig pie we tried in France?’

We pick our wish of the day, reshape it with different ingredients, combine it with other wishes… and, BOOM: a new creation is born!

Most of the times, what YOU REALLY WANT is not what you find in a cookbook. It’s something you fantasize about; something you’ve seen at the bakery and that stuck into your mind; something you enjoyed on a summer night during that wonderful vacation… something that belongs to your memories and you wish you could have right now!

And with my 10 Step Tutorial, I will teach you HOW TO SEE IT!!
