Chocolate Biscotti Balls (Dairy & Gluten Free)
These dairy & gluten free chocolate biscotti balls are fun spin on an Italian classic cookie recipe. They have a crunchy shell that melts into your mouth together with their luscious chocolate drizzle. You'll love them!

Servings: 30 cookie balls
Preheat the oven to 300 F.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until you have a uniform and compact dough.
Take small pieces of dough (less than a 1 tablespoon each), roll them up in your hands until you have a nice little ball and place it on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
Repeat this procedure until you run out of dough.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes and let cool down completely before you decorate them with melted chocolate.
