Chocolate Biscotti Balls (Dairy & Gluten Free)

These dairy & gluten free chocolate biscotti balls are fun spin on an Italian classic cookie recipe. They have a crunchy shell that melts into your mouth together with their luscious chocolate drizzle. You'll love them!

For the Filling:


  • Preheat the oven to 300 F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl until you have a uniform and compact dough.
  • Take small pieces of dough (less than a 1 tablespoon each), roll them up in your hands until you have a nice little ball and place it on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
  • Repeat this procedure until you run out of dough.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes and let cool down completely before you decorate them with melted chocolate.
